“This is not the first time where a lower court judge has blocked something or attempted to block something that ultimately is going to be lawful, and I’m confident that it is well within my authority.”  – stated President Obama confident on immigration, after a federal judge in Texas ordered a halt to the president’s executive actions on immigration.  President Obama confident on Immigration is defiant: “I think that the law is on our side and history is on our side, we are going to appeal it.”

“We are confident that the courts will ultimately side with the scores of legal experts, state leaders, city officials, and law enforcement leaders who say that these immigration initiatives are both in full compliance with law and deeply beneficial to our communities, society, and country,” said Marielena Hincapie of the National Immigration Law Center.

President Obama confident on immigration deferred action for millions of immigrants because his administration has appealed the lower court injunction on his executive action plan.  When President Obama first implemented DACA – Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, a lawsuit was filed against him and he won and DACA was successfully implemented.  The Republicans have criticized President Obama confident on immigration and accused him of exceeding his executive action but many Republican Presidents in the past have used executive action for worse actions – such as invading countries.  President Obama confident on immigration policy he has implemented will protect millions of hard-working undocumented immigrants from deportation, keep them united with their U.S. citizen children, and help young immigrants work and attend college.  In the end, President Obama confident on immigration will improve our economy and our tradition of embracing immigrants.
