Why do I need an immigration court lawyer?

If you receive a notice to appear in immigration court, then you should retain an experienced immigration lawyer immediately.  You will be required to appear at a master hearing and individual hearing in immigration court.  At that time you will be required to answer to immigration charges to grounds for removal and present a relief or option under the immigration laws that allow you to remain in the United States.

Will I de deported if I don’t have an immigration court lawyer?

No, the immigration judge will give you a reasonable amount of time to find an immigration lawyer.
