Thank you for considering preparing your Application for Naturalization or Citizenship (Form N-400) with our Kissimmee Immigration Office. Applicants are required to complete the following FOUR (4) easy steps before our office can provide assistance with preparing and filing your application for citizenship.

STEP 4: MAKE APPOINTMENT WITH OUR KISSIMMEE OFFICE OR EMAIL/MAIL DOCUMENTS

We will prepare and file Form N-400 for $299.00 if ALL the conditions below are met:
NO prior arrest or conviction during lifetime – anywhere in the world
NO prior appearance in immigration court or prior removal order
NO waiver is required to be filed (such as medical waiver or 212(c) waiver)
CLIENT must pay $299.00 non-refundable fee by credit or Amscot Money Order (no cash accepted)
CLIENT must pay filing fees of $680.00 by Personal Check or Amscot Money Order (no cash accepted)
CLIENT understands Attorney consultation is NOT included (unless fee of $100.00 is paid)
CLIENT will receive ALL notices (receipt, biometrics, interview) and will not be notified by our office
CLIENT is responsible for responding to any RFE (Request for Evidence)
CLIENT is responsible for learning U.S. History and English words for reading/writing test
CLIENT understands Attorney will NOT assist in test preparation
CLIENT understands Attorney will NOT attend interview (unless fee of $500.00 is paid)
CLIENT must complete ALL steps in ONE office visit at Kissimmee Office or by mail/email
CLIENT understands any other immigration services requires an additional legal fee
CLIENT understands that Attorney has no control over processing times, procedures or results
