Malena Cueva has over ten (10) years of immigration law paralegal experience. Her passion for working with immigrants and in the filed of immigration law is deeply rooted in her own immigrate background. She was born in Ecuador, raised in Bronx, New York and has been a Floridian for the past seven (7) years. Malena’s greatest asset is the warmth and sense of comfort she gives our clients as they deal with challenging immigration issues.
She speaks Spanish fluently and this enables her to bridge the culture gap with our hispanic clients. Malena’s job duties include drafting applications, petitions, letters and affidavits; coordinating filing of applications and petitions; researching availability of visas, and preparing and filing motions to the immigration court.
