Based on her comments about her #immigration story, #melanietrump broke US immigration laws after coming to U.S. in 1995.  She claims “every few months you need to fly back to Europe and stamp your visa”.  If she had a proper work visa (H-1B or O) then she would have no need to fly back to Europe every few months as an H-1B or O visas are for 2-3 years.  #GailLaw conclusion is that she was working illegally  (nude modeling) with a B-1/B-2 tourist visa (normally issued for 3-6 months).  Note, a B-1/B-2 tourist visa does not allow work in the U.S.  Most likely, #melanietrump committed visa fraud by working in the U.S. illegally with the B-1/B-2 visa and U.S. Department of Homeland Security should investigate her green card application and ultimate citizenship application.  #melanietrump is subject to same immigration scrutiny that many immigrants face on a daily basis in the U.S. – she is not above the immigration laws.

#Trump strongly criticizes immigrants and would end H-1B work visas program.  “I will end forever the use of the H-1B as a cheap labor program, and institute an absolute requirement to hire American workers first for every visa and immigration program. No exceptions,” Mr. Trump’s own website quotes him in March.

#melanietrump was also caught lying about obtaining a college degree in design and architecture from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.  “After obtaining a degree in design and architecture at University in Slovenia, Melania was jetting between photo shoots in Paris and Milan, finally settling in New York in 1996,” CBS News quote from her website, which has now been deleted.  Remember this is the same woman who plagiarized from a speech given by Mrs. Michelle Obama.
