1st Step: Payment

Alternatively, you can email Attorney Gail S. Seeram at Gail@GailLaw.com stating your desire to be represented. Please include the name of the immigrant and a brief overview of your current status or situation.
2nd Step: Client-Attorney Agreement
Once it has been determined that the Law Offices of Gail S. Seeram will represent you on your immigration case, we will email you a client-attorney agreement (“agreement”). The agreement details the immigration process and a breakdown of the various fees. We will ask you to sign and email the agreement to our office.
3rd Step: Phone Meeting with Attorney Gail S. Seeram
Our office will contact you to set a phone meeting with Attorney Gail S. Seeram after we receive payment and the signed agreement. During the phone meeting, the attorney will answer your case specific questions and provide a list of required documents needed for your immigration case.
